Most œaww moment: The 20 month old who grabbed chocolate, then whispered, œthank you.
Most frustrating moment: Watching a mother ignore her toddler¦and the toddler moved to the door¦and the mother’s checking out stationary (like, not even looking back to check where her kid was). Awesomely, the hero staff waded in and said, œHey, where’s your mom? Constantly (and loudly) until the mother turned around and took the child.
